New Play about Being Missing

Date: 10/11/2012
‘Ginny Joe’s’ is a first play by Liberties writer, Elizabeth Martha Tutty, directed by Vincent Smith. It provides a glimpse into the lives of three missing women through six 15 minute monologues. The performances given by the six actors are strong, individual and heartfelt.

The first act consists of the stories of three different women; the second, set fifteen years later, is made up of the stories of their loved ones that were left to wait and hope. The play is dedicated to a Dublin woman who disappeared twenty three years ago and inspired by the playwright’s friendship with the family she left behind.

The drama will be performed each night from Monday 22 October 2012 to Saturday 27th October at 8 PM at the Mill Theatre in Dundrum Town Centre
