Arthur is originally from the (Milan Street) Falls Road Belfast. Born in 1940, he has two sisters, Margaret and Bridget. He speaks with a Dublin accent. I have not seen my brother for 15 years and I would like to make contact with him because our sister is ill. He may be in Luton/Kilburn area of London.
