Helpline – Protest

Tom Brown, brother of missing Ellen Coss Brown, had a protest outside Dail Eireann in Dublin on Wednesday 6th December and 13 December. He is hoping to do the same again next Wednesday 20 December as part of his campaign for a Missing Persons’ Helpline which would assist all the families and friends of the missing on the island of Ireland.
