COMMITTEE FOR THE FORGOTTEN

A public meeting will be held at the TOWER HOTEL Waterford on Thursday the 25th October at 8pm for the Following Reasons.

Agenda:

To launch a COMMITTEE FOR THE FORGOTTEN.

To campaign for the establishment of a DNA data base for all missing Persons.

To discuss the present position with regards to Human remains found off our coasts and to support the Families of all the Missing and their rights to have their loved ones returned to them.

That all Human Remains recovered be given dignified burial after all scientific investigations have been carried out.

The establishment of a web page, with particulars of unidentified remains/Bodies that can be accessed by the public.

The Tower Hotel has kindly provided the facilities for this meeting free gratis. Light refreshments will be served afterwards

The following speakers will be in attendance,
Retired Garda Diver Mr Thomas (Tosh Lavery) Chairperson “Searching for the missing”

Mrs Caitlin Ui Aodha, IFO representative.

The audience will also be given an opportunity to ask questions. It is intended to elect a committee from the audience which will hopefully represent, political groups, families, Search and rescue and interested Parties
