what do you say, where do you begin , how can any loving human being try to express the awful sadness they feel for poor robert and his family. He looked so happy, so loved, in those photographs. I truly hope his family can find happiness again some time, some place. They say better to have loved loved and lost than never to have loved at all, poor words of consolation i know for roberts family now, but i truly truly hope that someday they can find happiness and peace again. Robert will never be forgotten by the people of cork. NOBODY IS DEAD WHEN THERE IS SOMEONE LEFT TO REMEMBER. Rest in peace robert xxooxx.

my deepest sympathy to the holohan family, it has shocked our community, i prayed and prayed for his safe return, my young daughter was constantly thinking of robert and his family, it has been a tough and tiring 2 weeks for the people of midleton and unfortuantly it has had the very worst result, may god be with his family and that the gardai who have worked so hard will bring this monster to face his terrible crime.l

To the Holohan family, I know my words may be of little comfort to you but I would just like to say that I believe Robert is watching down from heaven above with all the little angels keeping you safe and helping you all through this tragic time. Stay strong and believe like we all do that justice will be done and the individual who did this will be arrested and punished for his awful deed... My deepest sympathys to you all at this time.
